If i have a meeting with a key player, i'll chek their linked in profile for friends we have in common as its a nice dor openner, but its not so good for social networking or pressence in that it doesn't have the social interaction of sites like facebook.<br><br>so it has a role to play in building presence but maybe wouldn't make my top 10. linked in is great to find friends of friends and to make introductions, in a business context.
