If you are excited it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s easier to convince them to do it.<br \/>\nYou have to keep up with your everyday work.<br \/>\nMake sure you have a team. If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re the only one you want to do it within your organization, bring in other people that are as enthusiastic as you.<br \/>\nBarCamps are \u00e2\u20ac\u0153not commercial\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. They are run in commercial organization because they have large offices.<br \/>\nOf about 150 people, ~120 showed up.<br \/>\nTicketing is quite important, since it gives first impressions.<br \/>\nThere is really no good ticketing management tool for BarCamps.<br \/>\nBarCamp people are very professional and so it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not that much a problem.<br \/>\nIt\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s easy underestimate the amount of water.
