Countries in the emerging EMEA region have incredible growth and it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s just going to keep expanding.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Global content creation:<\/p>\n<p>Ton to 25% of the web is new each time we index. 60 billion emails are sent per day.<\/p>\n<p>Every day around 120.000 new blogs are created. 3.7millions photors are uploaded to Flickr. Around 11.000 hours are uploaded to <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"YouTube\" rel=\"homepage\" href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/\">YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Less than %1 of the offline creation in <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"MENA\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/MENA\">MENA<\/a> is online.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Example: Arabic content<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Online crawlable content:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Approximatly half of the turkish content (even though we have approx. 250% more Arabic language internet users)<\/p>\n<p>Approx. 1% of the english content.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>URLs per internet user:<\/p>\n<p><strong>20% of those per Turkish language users<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8% of those for english language users<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is there so little content?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internet user growth: Access infrastructure, Access pricing<\/li>\n<li>Content creation: eGov, education, users, business<\/li>\n<li>eCommerce development: advertising market, credit card penetration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>These all need to be in a balance and without access to all these things it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hard to have a healthy growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possible strategies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organized approaches: example &#8211; Google Booksearch.
