Idea is to use\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bradkellett.com\/experiments\/tweetdumpr\/\">Tweetdumpr<\/a> to generate CSV file of your most recent Tweets and then use\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wordle.net\/\">Wordle<\/a> to generate a pretty picture. Give it a try.
