Cinelerra breezy

It looks like my Cinelerra Breezy packages are currently broken. I’m building new ones and this time I’ll also drop the need for marilliat repository.

Update: they should work now. Please see new: http://www.kiberpipa.org/~gandalf/ubuntu/README.

setting up cinelerra on ubuntu with htese instructions didnt work for me
